Your sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for 2 years from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Your product must have been purchased from an authorized dealer of VedaloHD Eyewear at a retail price above our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) which is never less than 25% off of our Suggested Retail Price (SRP) listed on this website. Close Out Product and vastly reduced pricing does not qualify for this warranty. Your sunglasses will be repaired or replaced upon inspection to determine if damage is due to defects in product manufactering. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage.

Any sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:

1. Original proof of purchase. Include a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned sunglasses.
2. A check made out to VedaloHD for $12.95* (US dollars) to cover return shipping and handling (International charges will vary). Please send checks only and do NOT send cash.
3. A brief note indicating how your sunglasses broke.
4. Include your name, phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you.
